The Walleye Shad 70 is a versatile hard bait designed to excel in both casting and trolling applications. Engineered to imitate injured or fleeing baitfish, the Walleye Shad 70 produces a natural swimming action that consistently triggers strikes from walleye, bass, pike, and other predatory species. Its realistic profile and lifelike movement make it an effective choice whenever fish are actively feeding on baitfish.

What truly separates the Walleye Shad 70 from traditional hard baits is Livingston’s proven EBS™ (Electronic Baitfish Sound) Technology. Anglers can select natural baitfish sounds such as perch, minnow, or panfish, creating a multi-sensory presentation that not only looks like prey but sounds like prey as well. The combination of realistic action and natural baitfish sounds helps predators locate the lure more easily and commit to strikes when other lures go unnoticed. Whether cast around structure, worked along weed edges, or trolled across open water, the Walleye Shad 70 delivers the versatility, realism, and fish attracting power serious anglers demand.

PRO TIP: The Walleye Shad 70 is especially effective when trolled along breaklines, points, and bait rich flats. Match the EBS™ sound selection to the dominant forage in your fishery and occasionally vary your retrieve or trolling speed to imitate an injured baitfish. Many strikes occur immediately after a speed change or directional adjustment.
