The JERKMASTER 121 Deep Plus, equipped with Livingston’s EBS Baitfish Sound Technology™, is a slow-sinking jerkbait built for precision, distance, and deadly performance on long pauses. Its unique body profile and specialized lip design create an aggressive darting action capable of reaching depths up to 15 feet, making it ideal for targeting suspended fish in deeper water.

An advanced internal weight transfer system delivers exceptionally long casts, allowing anglers to efficiently cover more water and stay on fish longer. Combine lifelike action, extended pause performance, and the proven fish-calling power of EBS Technology™, and the JERKMASTER 121 Deep Plus becomes a serious weapon for triggering reaction strikes from pressured predators.

Randy Howell Pro Tip: “The key with the 121 DP is making long casts and letting the bait get down to its maximum depth before starting your cadence. Most anglers start working it too early.”

Randy recommends:

Using a jerk-pause-jerk retrieve with varied pause lengths.
Targeting deeper transition areas, bluff walls, and suspended fish.
Letting the bait suspend naturally during the pause — many strikes happen when the lure is sitting still.
Using lighter line to help the bait reach its full diving depth and maintain a more natural action.

In colder water or pressured conditions, Randy suggests extending pauses up to 5–10 seconds to give bass time to commit to the bait.
